In principle, all products and orders are shipped to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We ship all products from our own warehouse via Swiss Post. Other service providers may also be used for direct deliveries from suppliers or retail partners.

The following applies to all products in stock in our own central warehouse: All orders received on Monday to Friday until 12 p.m. are shipped on the same day and usually (~98%) arrive at the delivery address on the morning of the next working day (incl . Saturday, if activated). The availability of each product can be seen in real time.
