Right of return
You can find all at Rubin Extensions® purchased items within 14 days Return after receipt.
Conditions:

Articles must unworn, unused and in original packaging be returned.

For hygiene reasons, opened or worn hair extensions cannot be returned.

Defective or incorrectly delivered products will of course be fully refunded.
Exchange:
We also accept Exchange for other colors or lengths, as long as the products are unworn.
Return costs:
The customer bears the return costs.
Refund:
The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the return via the original payment method used.

Return Policy
You may return any item purchased from Rubin Extensions® within 14 days of receipt.

Faulty or incorrectly delivered products will of course be fully refunded.
Exchanges:
We also accept exchanges for other colors or lengths, as long as the items are unused.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the return, using the original payment method.

The refund will be made to the payment method you selected at the time of purchase
PROCESSING TIME
Please note that processing returns takes some time as they need to be thoroughly checked.
DISCOMFORT
Complaints must be sent in advance by email with a detailed description of the defects including photos to service@rubin-extensions.com Returns require prior approval from Rubin of Switzerland AG. The product will then be thoroughly analyzed and checked for defects. This process can take up to two weeks. Once a decision regarding the product has been made, we will contact you. Complaints can be submitted within 14 days of the order date.
For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns if the seal is broken or the inner packaging is not original.
FR
